This year I have a new understanding of what it means to be a mother. I now know what it is like not to sleep at night and to finally get to sleep at night. I love to see Aaron learn new things. I appreciate that 95% of the time he is a happy baby. I am thankful to friends and family that give me a few minutes to take a break and just be...like grandpop taking Aaron to the grocery store or abuela coming over after I have had a long night and entertaining Aaron when I am tired and weepy. Thanks to Grandpa and Mimi and Grandma Barbee for letting me go out to dinner with the youth. Thank you all moms for listening to new moms and when ask giving direction.

I talked to Aaron's Grandma Graffius this morning & she told me the whole family was together this weekend, & that you had a BBQ planned for Mother's Day today. How I wish I could have been there to see you all - especially those 2 adorable grandbabies!!
